Remote Call Specialist

To enhance participant engagement for the All of Us research program, the part-time Remote Call Specialist will conduct outreach, enrollment, and retention activities while utilizing effective communication and recruitment methods. Key responsibilities Engage and screen patients for eligibility, enrolling them in the All of Us research program and ancillary studies Provide comprehensive information about the research program and address patient inquiries using the Teach Back Method Conduct daily outreach via phone and occasional email to inform patients of study activities and schedule appointments Required qualifications Associate's degree or high school diploma/GED with at least 2 years of relevant work experience Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet applications Knowledge of public health research concepts and participatory research practices Experience in Patient Relationship Management is a plus Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred
