Remote Call Center Representative

To support a mission-driven team, the full-time Remote Call Center Representative will manage high-volume phone and email inquiries, providing accurate information and documentation while working within the Pacific Time zone. Key responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner Research and provide accurate information based on established policies and procedures Document customer interactions and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members Required qualifications One to two years of customer service or call center experience Experience in healthcare, health insurance, claims, or provider relations Proficiency in managing high-volume inquiries Strong computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office applications Ability to work effectively across multiple monitors and applications
