Working remotely Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm, the full-time Contact Center Support Operator I will answer inbound calls, provide information to callers, and facilitate transfers to appropriate destinations while ensuring timely access to patient care. Key responsibilities Answer inbound calls and utilize electronic directories to transfer callers to the correct destinations Navigate the QGenda on-call system to identify and contact on-call providers with patient details Process special protocols for various hospital sites and assist individuals in emergency situations Required qualifications High School Diploma or GED One year of call or contact center experience, or two years of customer service experience Experience in healthcare or a related field is preferred Emergency Medical Dispatch (EMD) Certification is a plus
