Role: Litigation Associate (Warranty Defense)
Location: Remote (California | must be local and licensed in CA)
Compensation: $150K – $165K + discretionary annual bonus

Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on litigation practice experience
- Active California Bar license in good standing
- Trial/arbitration preparation and courtroom exposure
- Experience with motion practice, depositions, and mediations
- Exceptional research, writing, advocacy, and negotiation skills
- Manage warranty defense litigation matters from inception through resolution
- Handle motion practice, depositions, mediations, and trial/arbitration preparation
- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, briefs, and discovery materials
- Collaborate closely with partners and clients to develop defense strategies
- Maintain organized case files and manage deadlines across multiple matters
