To support the VA ESOM contract, the full-time Remote Business Process Consultant will act as a liaison between VA stakeholders and ServiceNow delivery teams, managing product backlogs and translating complex process requirements into actionable solutions while working remotely within the United States. Key responsibilities Partner with VA stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritize requirements across various ITSM and platform operations Lead process discovery sessions and manage the product backlog in collaboration with Scrum teams Translate business processes into functional specifications and validate delivered solutions against acceptance criteria Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or equivalent, or 13+ years of relevant experience 5 years of experience as a Business Process Consultant or Business Analyst in enterprise IT platforms Hands-on experience with ServiceNow implementations across ITSM, CSM, and/or ITOM modules Strong Agile/Scrum experience, including backlog management and sprint execution Proficiency in writing clear user stories and functional specifications
