OneDigital’s Bswift System Analyst role is remote (EST) within the United States. You will support technology implementations, coordinate with managers and clients, and manage data imports/exports and discrepancy reports.
Ideal candidates possess strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, plus experience with Bswift, Excel, Access, and VBA scripting. You will train HR partners and maintain system accuracy while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
