Trellis is seeking a remote Borrower Services professional to assist borrowers with repayment options and program eligibility. You will analyze accounts, counsel on appropriate programs, and maintain compliance with FDCPA, FCRA, GLBA, TCPA, HIPAA, and related regulations.
Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in loan servicing or collections, strong communication, numerical and analytical skills, and proficiency with MS Office.
