Ethos is seeking a Head of Business Operations to train and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks for executive leadership. You will oversee the crafting of board decks, all-hands materials, strategic documents, and CEO communications while supporting C-suite executives with high-impact communications.
Position is fully remote with flexible hours (5–20+ hrs/week). Compensation is $80/hour, with ASAP start. Prior BizOps or chief of staff experience highly regarded.
