Remote Bilingual French Customer Support Specialist

A client in Reading, PA is looking to hire remote customer support specialists to join their growing team. This assignment will help act as the front line for general customer inquiries and issues. They will handle the bulk of the reactive/inbound “break/fix” calls. They will assist customers will administrative tasks and help with technical issues related to Connected Fleet digital tools. For example: Password resets, Adding New Users, Troubleshooting, General How-To questions.

Our customers range from small to very large. We interface with Fleet Manager, Executives, and drivers. So our front line support team will need to be smart and flexible enough to support many different types of customers. In a typical day, you may go from helping a driver figure out how to connect to a device on a truck, to helping a Fleet Manager reset his password.

Major Responsibilities

• Gain a working knowledge of our digital tools

• Technical Support for Customers (B2B)

• Escalating Customer and/or Product issues

• Managing Tickets & Handling Calls

• Administrative Tasks

• Other projects as assigned by the supervisor

• Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job

Must be bilingual in French

Compensation:

$25/hr

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
