Are you passionate about helping people and delivering exceptional service? We're looking for Customer Service Representatives who speak Spanish and English fluently to provide top-notch support to our customers. This is a remote position, so you can work from the comfort of your home - just bring your own computer and reliable internet!
Role: Remote Bilingual Customer Service Representative
Pay: $15/hour
Location: Remote (Anywhere in Texas)
Training Schedule: M-F 9AM - 4:30PM EST (3 Weeks)
Shift Hours: M-F any 8 hour shift Between 7:30am - 7:30pm
Must have a laptop or desktop with a camera, wired headset and a hardwired internet connection.
What You'll Do:
- Answer inbound calls and emails in Spanish/English.
- Document inquiries and complete tasks in system.
- Meet quality and performance standards.
- Fulfill requests for materials (mail, email, download).
- Transfer or elevate calls as needed.
- Arrange translation services for non-English callers.
- Stay updated through meetings and training.
