The role requires 5+ years of hands-on automotive/truck repair experience and bilingual English/French communication. A valid 310S/310T mechanic license is required, with ASE certification or willingness to obtain.
Prior call center experience is a plus; post-secondary education is an asset. Work hours span 6:00am–10:00pm with remote flexibility.
