Position Overview

In this remote opportunity, you will work directly with prospective and existing clients through scheduled virtual appointments. You will take the time to understand each client's situation, explain available benefit options, answer questions, and provide guidance throughout the enrollment process.

You will also support existing clients with coverage reviews, updates, and general service needs. This role is a strong fit for someone who enjoys connecting with people, communicates clearly, and can stay organized and productive while working independently from home.

Key Responsibilities

Meet with prospective and existing clients through virtual appointments.
Understand individual client needs and present appropriate benefit options.
Reach out to clients to schedule, coordinate, and confirm appointments.
Provide clear and professional explanations of available coverage and services.
Assist clients throughout the enrollment and application process.
Support existing clients with questions, updates, and coverage reviews.
Maintain consistent follow-up and accurate client records.
Work toward established personal and team objectives.
Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and development.
Collaborate with team leadership to improve client service and overall results.

What We're Looking For

Experience in sales, customer service, or another people-focused environment is an asset but not required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable speaking with clients through phone and video appointments.
Organized with the ability to manage time and responsibilities effectively.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
