We are currently expanding our remote team and looking for motivated, dependable individuals to join us as Benefits Representative Agents.
This work-from-home position is focused on helping individuals and families understand available benefit programs, answering questions, and providing support throughout the enrollment process. You’ll communicate with clients through phone and virtual appointments while helping ensure they receive clear, professional, and reliable service.
No previous insurance experience is required. Training, coaching, and ongoing support are provided.
Position Overview
As a Remote Benefits Representative Agent, you will work with prospective and existing clients who are looking for information about available benefit options.
You’ll guide clients through scheduled virtual appointments, help identify their needs, explain available programs, assist with applications, and provide continued service after enrollment.
The role is ideal for someone who is comfortable communicating with people, working independently, and developing long-term client relationships in a remote environment.
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Connect with clients through scheduled phone and video appointments
Review client needs and discuss available benefit options
Explain coverage, services, and program information in a clear and professional manner
Assist clients with applications, enrollment, and required documentation
Respond to questions and provide ongoing client support
Follow up with prospective and existing clients as needed
Conduct benefit reviews and assist with account updates
Maintain accurate and organized client records
Build professional, long-term relationships with clients
Follow company procedures and established systems
Participate in virtual training, coaching, and team development sessions

Self-motivated and able to work independently
Organized and capable of managing multiple appointments and follow-ups
Comfortable using phone, email, Zoom, and online systems
Willing to learn and develop new skills
Able to complete applicable licensing requirements
Previous experience in customer service, sales, insurance, hospitality, or other client-facing roles is helpful but not required.
