Base pay range
$30.00/hr - $35.60/hr
Schedule
Monday - Friday 9am-5pm EST (Can be flexible)
Qualifications
- MUST HAVE YOUR OWN EQUIPMENT
- Experience with open enrollment
- Life, Accident and Health Insurance License Required (need to have current/active CA license - will need to obtain Washington, Arizona, Iowa and Indiana prior to starting)
- Errors and Omissions Insurance
- Strong computer skills (must pass Computer Literacy assessment)
- High school diploma or GED
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
As a Benefit Counselor you will…
- Answering benefits questions for all core products available to employees: medical, dental, vision, life and disability, and all voluntary and miscellaneous products.
- ID card assistance
- Finding in-network providers
- Benefit administration login and password resets

This position is going to be FULLY REMOTE.
