Remote Benefits Account Lead

Addison Group is partnering with a client (a growing PEO) to recruit a Benefits Account Manager for a fully remote, full-time role. The role focuses on managing client benefits programs, guiding enrollments, addressing inquiries, and coordinating with carriers and internal teams to ensure seamless benefits administration.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in benefits/benefits administration or account management, strong communication skills, and a proven ability to manage multiple accounts remotely
