Grace Hill is seeking a BDR Manager to build and scale a remote BDR function in the United States. You will own the playbook, hire and coach 3–6 BDRs, configure tooling, define qualification criteria, and implement a scalable process with an operator’s discipline.
You will lead from the front, write the playbook, and systematize what a qualified opportunity looks like while improving the model to scale it. This is a builder’s role with a strong emphasis on pipeline outcomes.
