Remote BD Director – CRO Growth & Strategy (East Coast)

RBW Consulting is seeking a Director or Senior BD Director for a leading mid-sized CRO on a strong growth trajectory. The role is remote for the East Coast, responsible for the East Coast territory, hunting new business and managing existing accounts.

The ideal candidate will develop strategic plans, build client relationships, present capabilities, and lead bids. You will work with biotech and pharma clients across the US/Europe and APAC, focusing on expanding footprint and repeat business.
