Role Overview

This is a full-time, remote position for a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) responsible for delivering and overseeing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to individuals with autism and developmental disabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
  • Implement and supervise ABA therapy programs
  • Provide remote supervision and consultation to clients and families
  • Train and oversee Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and support staff
  • Monitor progress through data collection and analysis
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and professionals
  • Maintain accurate documentation and participate in team reviews
  • Ensure compliance with ethical standards and regulations
  • Travel to client sites approximately 20-30% of the time
  • Stay updated with current ABA research and practices

Qualifications & Skills

  • Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
  • Current BCBA certification from BACB
  • State licensure as applicable
  • At least 2 years of ABA therapy experience with individuals with autism
  • Proficiency in assessment tools and ABA methodologies
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Experience with electronic health records
