Role Overview
This is a full-time, remote position for a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) responsible for delivering and overseeing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to individuals with autism and developmental disabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
- Implement and supervise ABA therapy programs
- Provide remote supervision and consultation to clients and families
- Train and oversee Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and support staff
- Monitor progress through data collection and analysis
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and professionals
- Maintain accurate documentation and participate in team reviews
- Ensure compliance with ethical standards and regulations
- Travel to client sites approximately 20-30% of the time
- Stay updated with current ABA research and practices
Qualifications & Skills
- Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Current BCBA certification from BACB
- State licensure as applicable
- At least 2 years of ABA therapy experience with individuals with autism
- Proficiency in assessment tools and ABA methodologies
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Experience with electronic health records
