Pond & Company is seeking an experienced Engineering Technical Manager to support our Aviation Fuels team. This role is open to fully remote candidates with occasional travel to Pond offices for team building, development, and training.
The ideal candidate will lead mechanical/fuels engineering for aviation fueling projects, develop design documents, manage scopes and budgets, mentor engineers, and coordinate interfaces with multi-disciplinary teams across nationwide client projects.
