Freedom Motors USA is seeking a remote BDC Manager to lead a fully remote team responsible for inbound and outbound communication, video demo scheduling, and KPI attainment. You will recruit, onboard, coach, and manage BDC members, monitor CRM pipelines, and coordinate with Sales leadership to optimize conversions and customer experience.
Ideal candidates have 3+ years in automotive BDC or inside sales, strong empathy, and experience with virtual demos via Zoom or Teams.
