Key responsibilities QC Speaker Series Invoices and process various commission invoices as assigned Compile and send finalized invoices to clients while entering financial data in AccountEdge Establish and maintain working relationships with clients to optimize service delivery Required qualifications 0 to 3 years of experience in the Meeting/Business/Finance industry 0 to 1 year of experience in reconciliation, finance, or reporting College degree preferred or equivalent experience Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and general internet use Strong math and analytical skills with a solid understanding of financial analysis preferred
