We are seeking a hands-on, execution-oriented contingent worker to support a portfolio of membership and society-related initiatives currently in flight across the Society Relations & Operations team. This role is ideal for a technology/operations change management, business analyst, or delivery-focused project lead who is able to manage multiple project simultaneously, can own discrete workstreams, and is comfortable coordinating across technical and non-technical stakeholders. Communication will be key to this role, as it requires crafting thoughtful communication both internally and externally.
This is not a senior program manager role operating at a high level. Instead, we are looking for someone who can roll up their sleeves, manage day-to-day execution, and help keep multiple initiatives moving forward in parallel.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3-5 years of experience in project plan development & execution
- Experience launching digital products or experience with Association Management systems: Fonteva, Nimble AMS, Novi AMS, WildApricot, Protech, GrowthZone, MemberClicks or Raklet
- Experience with Cvent
- Experience with Excel
- Going to have to manage many projects/priorities
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Exposure to IT and technology teams - can they be a translator
Knowledge of API nomenclature

Fully-remote, 8:00 AM -5:00 PM EST hours
Hourly Pay
$30-$40/hr

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
