Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Remote Associate Director will assist in the production of live events by timing elements, coordinating feeds, and managing pre-production tasks while ensuring on-air standards are met. Key responsibilities Assist the Director during productions by timing elements, coordinating feeds, and maintaining communication with live shots Support pre-production efforts by managing graphics, promotions, and video elements for the show Communicate with various production roles to ensure synchronization and manage game-related responsibilities during remote events Required qualifications Basic knowledge of sports, including game formats and rules Strong computer skills with the ability to troubleshoot and network Minimum of five years of production experience or equivalent High School Diploma or Equivalent Ability to work well under pressure in a live production environment
