Filigran is seeking an Associate Customer Success Manager to join our US-based, remote-friendly Customer Success Team. You will guide customers through onboarding, adoption, training, and renewal, acting as a trusted advisor while coordinating with support, engineering, and product teams.
You will build proactive relationships across the Americas, identify upsell opportunities with Sales, and track success metrics to influence product strategy. Fluency in French and English is preferred.
