An associate with 2-10 years of litigation experience from a law firm or government agency.
1) Commercial litigation experience from a firm or the government (although they would consider a strong candidate coming out of a prestigious clerkship who is a strong writer)
2) Very strong writing skills.
Partnership is available down the road and this hire need not generate clients.
Litigation in all states. Strong flow of commercial litigation work and a loyal client base. Partnership path available with no client origination.
HANDS -ON WORK:
Hire will be able to take on depositions, oral arguments, court conferences, arbitrations, etc.
