Happy Days Group is seeking an organised Apprenticeship Programme Coordinator to manage the end-to-end delivery of apprenticeship initiatives across the group. The role is remote with 25 hours per week and a salary of £35k pro-rata.
You will bridge apprentices, internal line managers, training providers and regulatory bodies to ensure onboarding through qualification, travelling to nurseries within the group to support apprentices and co-facilitate networking sessions.
