Remote Ambulance Coding Specialist

Pafford Medical Services, Inc. – Oklahoma City is seeking an Ambulance Coder to review ambulance patient care reports and assign accurate billing codes. The role requires interpreting EMS documentation, determining ambulance level of service, and ensuring medical necessity and compliance.

The coder will apply Medicare/Medicaid rules, review documentation for completeness, and work with billing and compliance teams to resolve discrepancies. Prior ambulance coding experience is preferred.
