Remote AI Deployment Lead for Engineering & Adoption

Ledgebrook is seeking a Head of Forward Deployed Engineering to lead hands‑on deployment, scaling, and adoption of production AI across our core business units. You will embed with operational leaders—from underwriting to finance—to scope, prototype, and ship AI workflows that business teams actually use, serving as the bridge between field reality and platform architecture.

You’ll lead a high‑autonomy engineering team, build internal tooling, define quality standards, and deliver training that
