Alignerr is seeking Software Engineers in a fully remote, hourly contract role to build, evaluate, and improve AI-generated code. You will directly shape how AI systems understand and generate software, writing solutions, reviewing outputs, and providing expert feedback.
You will review AI outputs for correctness and efficiency, identify bugs and security issues, and design prompts to stress-test capabilities. The work is independent and flexible with 10–40 hours per week.
