Curana Health is seeking a Nurse Practitioner for our National After-Hours Call Team. This work-from-home role delivers telehealth care to aging residents across multiple states, primarily by phone, during evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
You will be the trusted clinical voice, providing timely support to residents and facility staff with autonomy and purpose. Shifts run 5pm–8am local time on weeknights, with weekend coverage and holidays as part of the schedule.
