Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive virtual skin analysis and client consultations via video conferencing.
• Develop personalized advanced skincare treatment plans, including recommendations for topical treatments and professional procedures.
• Advise clients on the safe and effective use of medical-grade skincare products.
• Provide remote guidance and support for clients undergoing laser and light-based treatments (where applicable to remote support).
• Educate clients on various skin conditions, treatment options, and preventative care strategies.
• Monitor client progress remotely and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Maintain accurate, confidential, and detailed client records in the clinic's CRM system.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in dermatology, cosmetic science, and laser technology.
• Collaborate with the clinic's medical team to ensure integrated and safe client care.
• Assist in developing educational content for the clinic's website and social media platforms.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) or a qualified Esthetician with advanced certifications in laser technology and aesthetic treatments.
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in medical aesthetics, dermatology, or a related field.
• Proven expertise in advanced skincare modalities and laser/light-based therapies.
• Excellent diagnostic skills for identifying various skin conditions.
• Exceptional virtual communication and client management skills.
• Proficiency with telehealth platforms, CRM software, and other digital collaboration tools.
• Strong understanding of skin anatomy, physiology, and pathology.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage workload effectively in a remote setting.
• Ability to provide evidence-based treatment recommendations.
• Current professional licensure and certifications are mandatory.
