Position Overview:
• Role Type: 100% Remote (Work from home)
• Schedule: Full-Time / Part-Time available (Standard operating window is 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST)
Core Responsibilities:
• Customer & Order Support: Route general sales and product inquiries from our website to the appropriate departments.
• Data Maintenance: Track inventory updates, new product arrivals (such as specialized AI cameras), and basic blogging or announcement schedules.
• Administrative Management: Maintain digital filing systems, handle email correspondence, and organize vendor or team schedules.
• Policy Support: Assist customer service agents with lookups regarding our Hassle-Free Warranty, 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee, and Shipping policies.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or in an e-commerce support role.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
