Remote Accounting Advisory Consultant (SEC/GAAP)

Talent Shift, LLC is seeking an experienced Accounting Policy and SEC Reporting professional to support multiple client engagements on a contract basis. This fully remote role runs through the end of the year with a possible extension.

Responsibilities include researching US GAAP and SEC reporting, assisting with transactions and new accounting standards, financial close optimization, and delivering compliant analyses and reports.
