Interior And Exterior Carpenter
Boulder Creek Custom Homes LLC is a residential remodeler working primarily in the Sioux Falls area. We are currently looking to fill positions with people with interior and exterior carpentry skills. Experience is preferred with three plus years in the industry. We offer a good working environment with room to grow, competitive pay, year around work and health insurance reimbursement. PTO Looking to fill two positions. $20- $25/ HR DOE
Job Duties
- Install siding, sofit & facia, windows.
- Install cabinets, trim, wood flooring.
- Construct decks, garage additions, 4 season rooms.
- Do punch lists behind other subcontractor crews.
Job Requirements
- Full time work, 40 to 50 hours a week, very little weekend work (2 to 3 times a year).
- Valid driver license, Clean record, ability to work with in a team, Ability to be build relations with clients and provide a positive experience for them and our team members.
