Job PostingLocation: Middleburg Heights, OHSchedule: Hybrid (3 days/week onsite) after initial 3 month onsite periodHours: 8:00am-5:00pm w/60 min lunch or 8:30am-5:00pm w/30 min lunchThis position resides on the EDI Remit Tech team which provides second-level support for EDI's clients and call center personnel, resolving various issues dealing with remittance processing.Responsibilities:Research and resolve technical issues pertaining to remittance processes.Monitor remittance transmissions between Quadax and payers.Work with payers to obtain missing remits.Setup and maintain remittance parameters, Xpeditor settings, 835 splits, posting files, and mapping NPI to the corresponding client code.Assist with testing remittance enhancements and bug fixes for Xpeditor releases.Configure and support custom remittance reports for clients.Complete analysis and gather information for remittance enhancement requests.Analyze and interpret ANSI 835 dataOther duties as assigned.Qualifications:Associate's degree preferredKnowledge of EDI a plusProblem solving skillsStrong computer skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work in a fast paced environmentStrong attention to detail – working with clients and internal departmentsAbility to set prioritiesAbility to maintain confidentialityRange: $19/hr.-$22/hr.
