If you want to grow personally and professionally, we'd like to know: Are you FIS?About the role: As a Remittance Processor I, you'll be processing customer payments and exceptions in a timely and accurate manner to customer accounts.What you will be doing?In this role you will be processing customer payments and exceptions in a timely and accurate manner to customer accounts.Prepares customer payments for processing.Coordinates set-up and maintenance activities for the remittance processor and related equipment.Performs research and adjustment activities.Processes exception items.Maintains inventory of remittance processing supplies.Entry level paySchedule: PT. Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 4PM-10PM.EST. Fully On site.What you will need:Capacity to lift or move up to 30 poundsConsiderable knowledge of remittance processingProficient written and oral communication skills in dealing with employees or external customers/clientsKnowledge of the practices, procedures and problem-solving techniques required to verify and distribute computer outputKnowledge of the practices, procedures and problem solving techniques required to process client transactions and produce output through computer operationsKnowledge of the practices, procedures and problem solving techniques involved in item processingKnowledge of client specifications for remittance processingKnowledge of off-line and peripheral equipment operation and maintenanceProficiency to assemble, organize and sequence workKnowledge to identify errors in calculations and balancesWhat we offer you: At FIS, you can learn, grow and make an impact in your career.
