If you are ready to start learning, growing, and making an impact with a career in fintech, we would like to know: Are you FIS?What you will be doing?In this role you will be processing customer payments and exceptions in a timely and accurate manner to customer accounts.Prepares customer payments for processing.Opening/Scanning mailCoordinates set-up and maintenance activities for the remittance processor and related equipment.Performs research and adjustment activities.Processes exception items.Maintains inventory of remittance processing supplies.Work Schedule:Fully On-siteThis role is Full Time only with the below schedule listedSundays- 9am-5:30pm, Monday-Thursday 2pm -10:30pm cst. Off Friday and SaturdayWhat you will need:High school diploma or GEDCapacity to lift or move up to 30 poundsConsiderable knowledge of remittance processingProficient written and oral communication skills in dealing with employees or external customers/clientsKnowledge of the practices, procedures and problem-solving techniques required to verify and distribute computer outputKnowledge of the practices, procedures and problem-solving techniques required to process client transactions and produce output through computer operationsKnowledge of the practices, procedures and problem-solving techniques involved in item processingKnowledge of client specifications for remittance processingKnowledge of off-line and peripheral equipment operation and maintenanceProficiency to assemble, organize and sequence workKnowledge to identify errors in calculations and balancesWhat we offer you: At FIS, you can learn, grow and make an impact in your career.
