Remedy/Helix Product ArchitectJob Location: Tallahassee, FLJob Duration: 7-month contractJob Overview: Consultant will upgrade Remedy from the on-premises version 9.1.04 to the on-premises version 20.02 and remediate related data.Required Experience:Five (5) or more years of hands-on experience with BMC Remedy/Helix installations, upgrades, configurations and development (relevant architecture experience)A bachelor's degree in one (1) of the computer sciences fields or in management information systems; or Five (5) years of work experience in IT, systems analysis, management analysis, program planning, program research, or program evaluation.Proficient in the English languagePreferred Qualifications:BMC Accredited DeveloperExperience with BMC Remedy/Helix data migration toolsExperience with integrating Active Directory with BMC Remedy/Helix for role-based permissions and customer database updatesExperience with BMC Digital Workplace and product catalog configuration, including workflow approvalsExperience with migrating code and data into Remedy environmentsExcellent interpersonal and communication skills
