Relief Urgent Care Veterinarian - Williston, VT

About the Role

Open 7 days a week, 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM – No overnight shifts.

Location: Burlington, Vermont.

Hospital: 14,000 square foot multi‑specialty facility offering internal medicine, surgery, oncology, radiology, behavior, and urgent care. On‑site equipment includes 64‑slice CT, mobile mini‑C‑arm, endoscopy suite, ultrasound, and oncology suite.

Responsibilities & Compensation

• Provide urgent care services to companion animals.


• Perform examinations, diagnostics, and procedures as necessary.


• Complete charting within 2 of the 12‑hour shift (10 clinical hours).


• Work shifts on an as‑needed basis to cover vacations, sick days, etc.

Pay: $1,500 per 12‑hour shift.

Shift length: 12 hours, 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience working in an urgent‑care setting.


• Valid veterinary license in Vermont (or re‑licensing acceptable).


• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
