To ensure optimal veterinarian coverage across a network of over 850 hospitals, the full-time remote Relief Scheduling Specialist will manage relationships with hospital leaders and relief providers while leveraging data to drive strategic workforce decisions and improve operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary liaison for hospital leaders, relief veterinarians, and third-party partners to fulfill staffing needs effectively Utilize analytics to negotiate shift rates and identify data quality issues, translating findings into actionable improvements Become a subject matter expert on scheduling tools, championing innovative ideas to enhance efficiency and provider experience Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree and 1+ years of relevant experience in coordination, scheduling, operations, or analytics Strong analytical skills with a focus on data accuracy and attention to detail High level of computer literacy and ability to quickly learn new platforms Proven self-starter mentality with a strong work ethic and accountability Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse stakeholders
