Reliability TechnicianReports to: Facilities ManagerFLSA Status: Non-exemptWe're looking for a Reliability Technician ready to roll up their sleeves and be the backbone of facility performance. From preventative maintenance and mechanical repairs to sanitation standards and compliance documentation, you ensure our cultivation and production environment remains safe, functional, and audit-ready. If you take pride in solving problems, preventing downtime, and maintaining high operational standards, this is your opportunity to grow with one of the most innovative names in cannabis.ResponsibilitiesPerform ongoing facility maintenance including plumbing, HVAC, and minor repairsTroubleshoot, diagnose, and repair equipment and building systemsExecute preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespanConduct regular facility and equipment inspections to identify potential issuesMaintain and repair production equipment, tools, and appliancesCoordinate and oversee outside contractors as neededIdentify and report safety, maintenance, or operational risks promptlySupervisor ResponsibilitiesNoneSanitation & ComplianceClean and sanitize cultivation and production areas, including floors, walls, workstations, and equipmentFollow all GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and sanitation SOPs to maintain product safetySafely mix, handle, and store cleaning chemicals and suppliesMaintain cleaning logs, maintenance records, work orders, and compliance documentationEnsure proper waste disposal and organized, hazard-free workspacesAdhere to all company PPE, hygiene, and safety standardsOperational SupportSupport production teams by maintaining safe, clean, and efficient work environmentsMaintain tools, equipment inventory, and accurate service documentationQualificationsExperience in GMP or regulated production environments preferredStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsClose attention to detail and pride in quality workAbility to follow SOPs and safety procedures consistentlyAbility to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work on feet for extended periodsComfortable working in cultivation and production areas with plant material and strong odorsDependable, team-oriented, and self-motivatedMust be at least 21 years of age.Must be able to obtain and maintain a Facility Agent Card if required by your state.Must have the majority of your own tools and reliable transportationAbout Mint CannabisAt Mint Cannabis, we're passionate about creating a premium cannabis experience — for everyone!
