both your career and your lifeWhat You'll Do | As the Reliability Maintenance Manager, you'll serve as the plant's technical leader for equipment reliability while leading a team of maintenance professionals responsible for keeping critical manufacturing assets operating safely and efficiently.Your responsibilities include:Lead, mentor, coach, and develop maintenance supervisors, planners, technicians, and reliability personnelDevelop and execute preventive, predictive, and reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) strategiesImprove equipment reliability, asset utilization, and overall plant performanceDrive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, TPM, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and reliability best practicesTroubleshoot complex mechanical and rotating equipment issuesOptimize maintenance planning, scheduling, and work executionPartner with Operations, Engineering, Production, Quality, and Supply Chain to improve plant performanceEstablish and monitor maintenance KPIs to drive operational excellenceLead equipment failure investigations and implement long-term corrective actionsManage maintenance budgets while improving reliability and reducing costsOversee spare parts inventory and critical equipment strategiesEnsure compliance with Process Safety Management (PSM), environmental regulations, and safety standardsMaintain accurate maintenance documentation and regulatory recordsSupport plant expansion, capital projects, equipment upgrades, and debottlenecking initiativesDevelop technical training programs for maintenance personnel and candidates will have a strong background in industrial maintenance and equipment reliability within continuous manufacturing operations.Preferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field preferredEquivalent hands-on maintenance leadership experience will also be considered10+ years of maintenance and reliability experience in a chemical, petrochemical, refining, specialty chemicals, food ingredients, or other continuous process manufacturing environmentPrevious maintenance leadership or management experienceStrong knowledge of Process Safety Management (PSM)Demonstrated experience leading preventive and predictive maintenance programsExpertise in Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM), Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and equipment optimizationExperience using CMMS and maintenance management softwareStrong leadership, coaching, and team development skillsExcellent troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving abilitiesStrong understanding of OSHA, environmental, and industrial safety regulationsHighly Desired Experience | Candidates with
