Title: Reliability Engineering Support
Position Type: Full Time Permanent/ Direct Hire
Background
This role supports the hardware development group by executing reliability testing and failure analysis on new Apple and supplier technologies. The Engineering Specialist (ES) will provide technical expertise in designing and conducting reliability assessments to evaluate and improve hardware robustness.
Skills & Qualifications
- BS or MS in Mechanical, Electrical, Materials Science or other Engineering discipline.
- 5+ years in a reliability, test, or quality engineering role.
- Experience with JEDEC, ASTM, and other industry standards.
- Hands‑on experience with reliability testing and DOE/FMEA tools.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Proficiency in statistical analysis.
- Effective communicator (written & verbal) and team player.
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
