Jobtailor seeks a Lead Reliability Engineer to direct a team of reliability engineers across data center operations. You will drive reliability programs, perform RCA and FMEA, and coach engineers to improve system availability and lifecycle performance.
You will collaborate with Operations, Engineering, and Construction, monitor metrics, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and present updates to senior leadership. Travel up to 25% is expected.
