Reliability EngineerHiFyve is hiring a Reliability Engineer in the Industrial Manufacturing industry in Wentzville, MO!Salary: $30-$45/hrShift: 7:00 AM-3:00 PM, with some weekends and on-call responsibilitiesLocation: Wentzville, MO (Onsite)Benefits: Full benefits packageAbout the RoleSupport equipment reliability, maintenance performance, and continuous improvement efforts at a customer manufacturing facility while serving as the primary onsite technical resource.Job ResponsibilitiesMonitor equipment performance and reliability to maximize uptime and operational efficiencyCollect operational data and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reportsPerform vibration analysis, thermal analysis, and condition monitoring activitiesTroubleshoot mechanical, electrical, controls, and automation systemsConduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to improve reliabilityEnsure preventative maintenance activities are completed and properly documentedCoordinate and oversee subcontractor maintenance and service activitiesManage critical spare parts inventory and equipment availabilityWork closely with plant leadership, maintenance teams, and contractors to support operationsSupport PLC, SCADA, HMI, instrumentation, motor control, and electrical distribution systemsAssist with equipment upgrades, reliability initiatives, and continuous improvement projectsProvide technical support during equipment failures, shutdowns, and emergency situationsQualifications5-8+ years of maintenance, reliability, controls, electrical, or industrial manufacturing experienceExperience with PLCs, SCADA systems, HMIs, instrumentation, drives, alarms, and motor control systemsStrong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skillsExperience with low-voltage electrical distribution systems (480V and below)Experience performing root cause analysis and reliability improvement initiativesStrong communication skills with the ability to interact with plant leadership, maintenance teams, and contractorsValid driver's license requiredBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical discipline preferredJourneyman-level maintenance or electrical experience preferredOSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferredExperience in automotive manufacturing, chemical processing, or industrial manufacturing environments preferredExperience with burners, fans, pressure transmitters, and process instrumentation preferredIf you're interested, please apply!
