Reliability EngineerThe Reliability Engineer is responsible for overall evaluation and improvement of product reliability, through collecting and analyzing failure data, recommending design and or process improvement, support MTBF modeling activities, interfacing and supporting product development engineering for EE and software development tasks.ResponsibilitiesPerform reliability qualification or re-qualification tests for EE/Software system.Support Failure Modes Effects Analysis (FMEA) initiatives for EE/Software SystemsDevelop and generate product and component reliability and warranty prediction models, including testing and reporting methods using Weibull analysis.Perform deep dive analysis of test, warranty and CX data based on Alarms and Alerts for root cause analysis.Interface with EOLT hardware and software team for early development of the testsFacilitate team meetings and serve on multiple functional teams.Other assigned duties.QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer and Electrical EngineeringReliability engineering experienceIntermediate computers skills (Microsoft Word, & Excel)Experience in developing test plans and schedules.Experience or knowledge in FMEA initiatives.Experience in developing and generating product and component reliability prediction models using Weibull.Experience in developing and generating testing plans and reporting methods.Experience in facilitating team meetings and serving on multifunctional teams.Experience with data analytics.Working knowledge of python, C++, Visual Basics, MySQL, JavaScriptExperience in recommending and implementing design improvements.Strong organizational, problem solving, resources management and time management skills.Strong communication skills and interpersonal skillsAbility to apply principles of logical or scientific thinking to a wide range of intellectual and practical problemsNo Travel RestrictionsDemonstrated ability to work well with others in a team environmentHow To Stand OutMaster's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or CSWorking knowledge of UL and CSA water heater standardsWorking knowledge of Six Sigma statistical tools and techniquesWorking knowledge of ML/AI and NLPWorking knowledge of Grafana, Power BI, Tableau, Jupyter Notebooks, VMware, Docker, Kubernetes, MATLAB, Kafka
