Reliability Engineer

Opportunity to work with a growing chemical company that is building up their reliability program. You will have ownership of the reliability programs and will report to a Corporate Director of Reliability rather than a Site Maintenance Manager. This role is not part of the daily maintenance organization.

• Improve the performance of rotating equipment (80%) and fixed equipment (20%).
• Troubleshoot and conduct RCFA.
• Manage vibration analysis, infrared and ultrasonic testing programs.
• Drive reliability improvements across two chemical plant sites.
• Implement and manage Pred/Preventative Maintenance for rotating equipment.
• Evaluate integrity and FFS and build repair or replace plans.
• Manage the Bad Actor list and the Equipment Replacement Plan.
• Use reliability analytics to analyze trends and build models.
