Insight Global is seeking a Reliability Engineer to support a leading manufacturing organization in the Bronx, NY. This individual will serve as the site's reliability subject matter expert, driving initiatives focused on improving equipment performance, reducing downtime, and optimizing maintenance strategies across manufacturing, packaging, utility, warehouse, and facility operations. On a day-to-day basis, the Reliability Engineer will analyze equipment performance, lead root cause investigations, develop preventive and predictive maintenance programs, and partner with Maintenance, Operations, and Engineering teams to improve asset reliability and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE). They will also support reliability-focused capital projects, asset care initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts.
Must-Haves
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Reliability Engineering, or related field
- 7+ years of reliability, maintenance engineering, or asset management experience in manufacturing
- Experience with RCA, FMEA, RCM, preventive and predictive maintenance programs
- Strong troubleshooting, data analysis, and root cause investigation skills
- Experience improving equipment reliability, maintenance strategies, and asset performance
- Working knowledge of manufacturing equipment, utilities, HVAC systems, pumps, motors, controls, and facility infrastructure
