Job Title: Reliability Engineer II- Medical Device

Job Location: Mounds View, Minnesota (Fully onsite)

We are looking for a Reliability Engineer II to support Cardiac Surgery Perfusion products . This role focuses on reliability engineering, risk management, and post-market product support for commercially released medical devices.

Key Responsibilities

• Review manufacturing, supplier, and design changes for released products
• Perform complaint trending and identify signals requiring escalation
• Own and maintain risk management documentation
• Conduct reliability studies, DOE, and risk analyses
• Analyze performance data and recommend corrective actions to improve product reliability

Experience Required

• 1–5 years of experience
• Bachelor’s degree (or advanced degree with relevant exposure)
