We’re seeking a Reliability Engineer for a global pharmaceutical manufacturer operating a GMP-regulated facility.
Key Responsibilities
- Strengthen equipment reliability through preventive and predictive maintenance strategies, keeping critical spare parts on hand
- Analyze downtime, maintenance spend, and KPIs like MTTF and MTTR to find patterns and reduce losses
- Lead improvement projects from concept to completion, owning change controls and updates to work instructions
- Support equipment and process qualification and validation while balancing safety, quality, and production risks
- Partner with Quality, Maintenance, and Project Management to keep the whole site aligned on how equipment should run
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 5+ years of reliability or maintenance engineering experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong communication and project management skills
